What is the maximum capacity of your venue?

Answer

The maximum capacity is 250 attendees.

What does the rental fee include?

Answer

The rental fee includes exclusive use of the venue, toilet cleaning service and valet parking for a duration of 2 to 5 hours, depending on the client’s needs. Additional services may be arranged upon request.

What is the booking process?

Answer

To confirm your booking, a pre-agreed deposit is required. The remaining balance must be settled no later than one (1) month prior to the event date. Please note that your reservation is not considered final until the deposit has been received.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation, the venue retains the pre-payment in full, regardless of the cancellation date.

Is there a backup plan for inclement weather?

Answer

The venue is not liable for adverse weather conditions or any force majeure events affecting the day of the event. However, in the case of unforeseen circumstances, we offer the option to reschedule the event within a 10-day window before or after the original date, at no additional cost, subject to venue availability.

Do you offer a preferred vendor list, and are clients permitted to bring their own suppliers?

Answer

Clients are welcome to work with their own vendors; however, the venue also offers a list of trusted and recommended professionals for your convenience. All external vendors must hold valid licenses and insurance and access to the venue is permitted only upon presentation of the required documentation.

Is parking available on-site and is there an additional cost?

Answer

Yes, the venue offers ample fenced parking for over 150 cars and vans. Parking is included in the venue rental at no additional charge.
