What is the payment schedule?

To secure a date, a pre-agreed pre-payment is required. The final payment should be completed one month prior to the event.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Answer
Return of payment is eligible only 12 months prior to the date of the event in case of cancelation. In any other case, the venue withholds the pre-payment.

Is there a backup plan for inclement weather?
Answer
The venue is not responsible for any weather conditions during the event or any force majeure incident. However, we are open to rescheduling within 10 days before or after the event’s date (due to unforeseen circumstances) without any extra charge, subject to venue availability.

Is there a preferred list of vendors, or can we bring our own?
Answer
Renters can bring their own suppliers, but the venue has a list of recommended suppliers for guidance. All event suppliers must possess legal licenses, including insurance, and may enter the venue only upon showing the proper documentation.

Is parking available on-site, and is there a cost?
Answer
Ample fenced parking space for over 150 cars and vans is included in the venue rental at no extra cost.
